Beyond Borders
Edmund Rice Education beyond Borders is a global community of schools inspired by Edmund Rice’s charisma. It’s a worldwide net of 234 educational institutions spread out in 24 countries which provide education to 300.000 children and youth.
Net between communities
Every year, Newman participates of a School Leaders Meeting which reunites directors and authorities of the schools in North America, Bolivia, Peru and Uruguay. An enriching exchange between educational institutions united by Edmund Rice’s charisma.
Net between students
Amongst the diverse activities that Newman shares with the network is the students’ exchange programs with U.S.A. and Australia. Our students also participate in Skype meetings where young people share different cultural aspects and debate about leadership, sustainability and pastoral topics.
